Starting with simple geometric forms carefully positioned on each plot, the initial design phase aimed to elevate the villas—inviting the island’s essence from all directions while framing the grandeur of the city skyline. Rising across four distinct levels, each villa is anchored by a central spiraling staircase, seamlessly connecting expansive terraces that open to both the island and ocean sides.
The natural forces of the island—ocean breeze and waves—sculpted each villa into a harmonious, organic expressing of the Soul of ZUHHA herself.
